These workshops exclusively focus on training early career hires / freshers to enhance their essential corporate skills and personality, which sets them and their organization into growth path.

We offer personalized 1-1 coaching and mentorship to address the specific need of an individual, which helps people tap into their potential, unlocking their creativity and productivity.


Mentors / coaches are assigned after understanding the need of the individual to ensure right match. Each mentor / coach is experienced and knowledgeable in their own domain. 


The program duration, frequency, objectives and other details are suggested and finalized after understanding the individual need.
